第一条为加强对党政领导干部选拔任用工作的监督,严肃党的组织纪律,保证党的干部路线、方针、政策的贯彻执行,根据《中国共产党章程》和《党政领导干部选拔任用工作暂行条例》(以下简称《条例》)、《中国共产党纪律处分条例(试行)》,制定本规定。第二条违反《条例》规定,不按照党政领导干部选拔任用条件、任职资格、工作程序选拔任用干部和违反《条例》第四十七条所列纪律的,所作出的干部任免决定一律无效,由上级党委(党组)及组织(人事)部门或者同级党委(党组)按照规定程序予以纠正。
