探讨了离于导人和促渗剂月桂氮酮、丙二醇、N-甲基-2-毗咯烷酮预处理对布洛芬饱和溶液通过大鼠皮肤渗透速率的影响。布洛芬饱和液的透皮速率为23.07±0.45ug/h·cm2,采用电流强度为0.25mA的离子导入,药物的透皮速率增加1.5倍。采用月桂氮酮、丙二醇、N-甲基-2-毗咯烷酮预处理后药物的透皮速率分别增加8倍、3.5倍和1倍。月桂氮酮预处理合用离于导人和丙二醇预处理合用离子导人能产生协同作用,药物的透皮速率均比单用促渗剂和离于导人之和高。N-甲基-2-毗咯烷酮预处理合用离子导人无此作用。
The effect of preconditioning with azaserine, propylene glycol and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone on permeation rate of ibuprofen saturated solution through rat skin was investigated. The transdermal rate of ibuprofen saturated solution was 23.07 ± 0.45ug / h · cm2, and the drug transdermal rate increased by 1.5 times with ion current of 0.25mA. The drug transdermal rate increased 8 times, 3.5 times and 1 time respectively after pretreatment with laurocapram, propylene glycol and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. The combination of laurocapram preconditioning with lead ion and propylene glycol preconditioning combined with ion guide can produce synergistic effects. The transdermal rate of drug is higher than that of single penetration enhancer and single ion guide. N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone pretreatment combined with ion guide no such role.
