为了明确长时间的极低频电磁场(ELF-EMFs)暴露对SD大鼠血液生化和肝肾功能的影响,制作了1个可以稳定产生均匀磁场(磁感应强度为100μT)的装置,并将128只SD大鼠暴露于其中,每天暴露20 h时间,共暴露12周时间,同时采用128只未接受暴露的SD大鼠作为对照。暴露期间每隔4周时间进行了SD大鼠血液生化检测。暴露结束后,取SD大鼠的肝脏、肾脏进行了组织形态学染色和检测。血液生化检测结果显示:电磁场暴露对SD大鼠肝功能(谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶)、肾功能(血尿素氮和肌酐)、血糖、血脂(总胆固醇、总甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白)、血电解质(钙离子和镁离子)均没有影响。组织形态学检测结果显示:肝脏的苏木素-伊红染色提示极低频电磁场暴露对SD大鼠的肝脏正常结构没有影响,炎性细胞染色结果提示暴露组SD大鼠肝脏中无明显炎性细胞浸润;类似地,肾脏的苏木素-伊红染色结果提示极低频电磁场暴露对SD大鼠的肾脏结构没有影响,马松染色结果提示暴露组SD大鼠肾脏中无明显纤维化病变。由此可得结论:极低频电磁场暴露对SD大鼠血液生化和肝肾功能没有影响。
In order to clarify the effect of prolonged ELF-EMFs exposure on blood biochemical and liver-kidney function in SD rats, a device capable of stably generating a uniform magnetic field (magnetic induction of 100 μT) was made and 128 SD The rats were exposed to it for 20 h every day for a total of 12 weeks, while 128 non-exposed SD rats were used as controls. SD rat blood biochemical tests were performed every 4 weeks during exposure. After the exposure, the liver and kidney of SD rats were stained and detected. Blood biochemical tests showed that the exposure of electromagnetic field had no effect on the liver function (alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase), renal function (blood urea nitrogen and creatinine), blood glucose, blood lipid (total cholesterol, total triglyceride, high density lipoprotein Low density lipoprotein), blood electrolytes (calcium and magnesium ions) were not affected. Histopathological examination showed that the hepatic hematoxylin and eosin staining showed that extremely low frequency electromagnetic field exposure had no effect on the normal liver structure of SD rats. The results of inflammatory cells staining showed that there was no obvious infiltration of inflammatory cells in the liver of SD rats. Similarly, the kidneys hematoxylin-eosin staining results suggest that very low frequency electromagnetic field exposure has no effect on the kidneys of SD rats. The results of Matzon staining suggest that there is no obvious fibrosis in the kidneys of exposed SD rats. It can be concluded: very low frequency electromagnetic field exposure SD rats blood biochemical and liver and kidney function has no effect.
