现代飞机上的机载雷达系统的众多功能可以分为两大类:一类涉及飞机环境,另一类与其使命有关。前者可以具体化为导航、敌我识别、天气观测、高度测定等。后者包括搜索、监视(地形测绘和侦察)、跟踪、瞄准、火控等。 在“1995~96简氏雷达和电子战系统”一书中,在机载雷达这一大的群体中,仅列出13个新的项目。在新列的10个机载监视系统中,包括AN/APN-241导航与战术合成孔径雷达,用于无人机;AN/APS-147多模机载雷达;一个为美国海军航空兵作战中心开发的机载共用口径计划。
The many functions of airborne radar systems on modern aircraft can be divided into two broad categories: one related to the aircraft environment and one related to its mission. The former can be embodied as navigation, enemy and foe recognition, weather observation and altitude measurement. The latter includes search, surveillance (topographic mapping and reconnaissance), tracking, aiming, fire control and more. In the 1995-96 Janez Radar and EW Systems book, only 13 new projects are listed in this large group of airborne radars. The 10 new airborne surveillance systems include AN / APN-241 navigation and tactical synthetic aperture radar for UAVs; AN / APS-147 multimode airborne radar; and one for the U.S. Naval Air Corps Combat Center Airborne common caliber plan.
