With the continuous improvement of the market order, the competition in various industries is becoming more and more fierce. Exploring the measures to strengthen the cost control of geological exploration units has positive significance to the healthy development of geological exploration units. Based on the characteristics of the project and the impact on the cost, this paper analyzes and decomposes the cost of the geological prospecting project, promotes the control and management of the cost of the geological survey project, and provides reference for the geological exploration unit to enhance the cost control.
