随着经济的发展,各项制度逐渐趋于完善与成熟,然而农村的财务管理制度一直没有受到很大的重视,使得农村财务公开力度不大,存在很大的随意性和不规范现象。所以要搞好农村的财务管理工作及尽可能的健全民主理财制度,加强基层民主的建设,因为农村财务管理工作关系到农民的切身利益,只有做好这一切才能进一步的激发广大农民群众的首创精神,更好的调动农民群众的积极性,给社会主义新农村建设提供重要的保障。
With the development of economy, the systems tend to be perfect and mature gradually. However, the rural financial management system has not received much attention all the time, making rural finance less public and there is a great deal of arbitrariness and non-standardization. Therefore, we should do a good job in financial management in rural areas and improve the system of democratic management of wealth as much as possible, and strengthen the building of grassroots democracy.
