非物质文化遗产在目前的保护措施当中,主要是实施地理标志保护模式。这种模式能够充分结合地区的实际特点,并且是以非物质文化遗产本身为主进行保护,而不是一般性的通过强大的约束力来保护。相对来说,非物质文化遗产的地理标志保护模式在很多方面都结合了我国的实际情况,对日后的发展也有很大的积极影响,因此,日后要着重发挥地理标志保护模式的优点,并且在一定程度上加强实践,通过经验的总结和未来的发展部署,使非物质文化遗产得到更好的保护。
Intangible cultural heritage among the current protection measures, mainly the implementation of geographical indications protection model.
