血尿是泌尿系肿瘤的主要症状。间歇、无痛性血尿,量多有血块是泌尿系肿瘤突出特点。血尿,疼痛及肿块是泌尿系肿瘤的典型症状。无血尿的肾肿瘤易漏诊、误诊,我们曾收治5例,现报告如下。例1男,54岁,阴天感腰部隐痛二年。无血尿史。健康体检时B超示右肾15.4×8.3cm,集合系统受压。血、尿、粪常规及肝肾功能正常。肾盂造影:右肾盂上缘有弧形受压现象。肾图:右肾血管段低于正常一半,呈水平曲线。CT证实右肾上极肿瘤。行肾动脉栓塞术后
