目的:研究CIN患者治疗前后阴道乳酸杆菌变化与HPV感染的关系。方法:选取2014年12月-2016年11月本院100例宫颈人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者(宫颈HPV感染组)和100例子宫颈癌前病变(CIN组)患者参与研究,测定两组患者治疗前后阴道内乳酸杆菌菌数以及HPV感染状况。结果:治疗前CIN组乳酸杆菌计数为(57.61±38.16)个/HP,宫颈HPV感染组为(103.75±60.01)个/HP;治疗后CIN组乳酸杆菌计数为(102.12±15.23)个/HP,宫颈HPV感染组为(145.31±40.25)个/HP;CIN组、宫颈HPV感染组乳酸杆菌所占比例≥90%者分别为25%、15%。结论:CIN患者治疗后阴道乳酸杆菌明显增加,HPV感染者数目降低。阴道乳酸杆菌与宫颈人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及子宫颈癌前病变存在紧密相关性,应该加强重视,对相应疾病患者进行适时筛查,并采取相关预防及治疗措施。
Objective: To study the relationship between changes of vaginal lactobacilli and HPV infection in CIN patients before and after treatment. Methods: From December 2014 to November 2016, 100 cases of cervical HPV infection (cervical HPV infection) and 100 cases of cervical precancerous lesions (CIN) were included in this study. Two groups Vaginal lactobacilli count and HPV infection in patients before and after treatment. Results: The count of Lactobacillus in CIN group was (57.61 ± 38.16) / HP before treatment and (103.75 ± 60.01) / HP in cervical HPV infection group. The count of Lactobacillus in CIN group was (102.12 ± 15.23) / HP after treatment, (145.31 ± 40.25) / HP in cervical HPV infection group and 25% and 15% in CIN group and cervical HPV infection group respectively. Conclusion: The number of vaginal lactobacilli in CIN patients after treatment is significantly increased, while the number of HPV infections is decreased. Lactobacillus vaginalis and cervical HPV infection and cervical precancerous lesions are closely related, we should pay more attention to the appropriate disease patients timely screening, and take the prevention and treatment measures.
