有位老校长曾经问我:读了这些年的书,你是怎么理解教书育人的?说句心里话,我当时就是觉得教书育人挺简单的呀,不就是讲讲书本,说说孩子嘛。六年中,我一边教书一边在想这个问题。慢慢的我发现“读书”“教书”“育人”这三个原本有着很清晰界限的词语,后来竟然越来越模糊,以至于最后混为了一体,成为了一句话,那就是:塑造高品质的灵魂。
