本文采用动态数据系统建模分析法与改进的周期图检验法相结合,对主轴回转精度进行混合谱分析。应用这种新方法对主轴径向晃动误差的动态检测数据进行处理,着重经统计检验来分清离散谱与连续谱,及分离出其中所含单周以内和双周以上的各种确定性谐波分量,以此作为其系统误差在测量或加工中予以修正。该方法兼顾了提高分辨力和精确度,便于实时修正误差。
In this paper, the dynamic data system modeling and analysis method and the improved cycle diagram test combined with the rotation of the spindle precision spectrum analysis. The new method is applied to deal with the dynamic detection data of the main shaft radial runout error.
