一、前言随着经济技术的不断发展,用户对板带材的质量要求越来越高。到目前为止,由于成功地采用了板厚自动控制技术,热轧带钢的纵向厚度已能达到令人满意的精度。但板材的形状,即板材的平直度还没有得到根本的解决。因此,板形作为当前板带生产的重要研究课题而受到人们的高度重视。同时,随着单重的增加,产量的提高,热装和低温出炉技术的应用,特别是作为后工序的冷轧厂和硅钢片厂对原料质量越来越高的要求,热轧的板形问题将会越来越突出。本文分析介绍一种在现有的四辊轧机条件下,切实可行的板形控制方法——动态负荷分配法。

This paper presents a practical four-roll mill under the conditions of the existing, flatness control method - dynamic load distribution method.
