这里有四笔“老”帐.即吃喝招待、坐轿车、砌门楼、圈围墙.帐有人算过,真谛在哪里?本文愿为浅浅一探. 吃喝招待成为风气.并非一日的事了,中央、地方见诸文件、报刊进行宣传教育禁止的文字加起来不能不算是洋洋大观的.但是,并没有从根子上解决好.这可以从下列三点述明:一是理论的是非标准.诸如,以搞活经济为理由,明确规定招待费标准.出发点意在进行约束,而实质上则是搞经济工作的同志可以如此这般.然而,触及旁类,其它工作也未必不产生比照现
