房地产行业是我国国民经济中的支柱型产业,当前全球金融危机给中国的房地产行业带来了极大的负面影响,加强风险管理是房地产企业平稳较快发展的关键,房地产企业若能合理规避风险则有利于刺激房地产市场的蓬勃发展。该文概述了房地产经营风险管理的基本内容,阐述了金融危机对中国房地产企业的影响,分析了金融危机下我国房地产企业经营状况,探讨了加强房地产企业风险管理的相关措施。
The real estate industry is the pillar industry in our country’s national economy. At present, the global financial crisis has brought a tremendous negative impact on the real estate industry in China. Strengthening risk management is the key to the steady and rapid development of the real estate industry. If the real estate business can reasonably avoid the risk It is conducive to stimulate the real estate market to flourish. This paper summarizes the basic contents of the real estate business risk management, expounds the impact of the financial crisis on real estate enterprises in China, analyzes the operating conditions of real estate enterprises in China under the financial crisis, and discusses the relevant measures to strengthen the risk management of real estate enterprises.
