随着社会的不断发展,城镇人口迅速增加,人们的生活也发生着巨大的变化。但与此同时,居民购物难,商家投资决策难成为了城市发展较为普遍的问题。并且在商业区建设到发展的整个生命周期中,选址显得尤为重要。该文以都江堰市为例,通过对都江堰市商业中心、道路、居民点等城市信息进行调查,结合市场营销与GIS相关空间分析理论,对都江堰市的人口分布、交通可达性、周围商圈影响等因子进行量化分级,得到最佳的商业区位置并得出其影响力。
With the continuous development of society, the population of urban areas has rapidly increased, and people’s lives have undergone tremendous changes. However, at the same time, it is difficult for residents to shop or make investment decisions in businesses, making it more difficult for urban development to become a common problem. And in the business district construction to the development of the entire life cycle, the site is particularly important. This paper takes Dujiangyan City as an example. By investigating the city information such as commercial center, roads and settlements in Dujiangyan City, combined with the spatial analysis theory of marketing and GIS, this paper analyzes the population distribution, traffic accessibility, Influence and other factors to quantify and rank, get the best business district location and draw its influence.
