在油田开发过程中,低渗透、薄差油层的开发开采难度大。当前,油田已处于中、高含水阶段,产量递减,成本上升,经济效益变差,如何保持油田的高产、稳产,保证可持续发展是摆在我们面前的一大难题。目前,通过同步测试资料发现,我队正常生产沉没度过低的抽油机井数量很多,这部分井在生产过程中具有供液能力差、产液量低、泵效低、运转负荷大、检泵周期短等许多不利因素。为了有效控制油田的生产成本,降低机采井运转负荷,延长检泵周期,提高经济效益。我们对抽油机井处于低沉没度工作状态下而造成的不利因素进行了分析,结合生产实际,采取相应措施,保证油井在合理沉没度区域正常生产。

In order to effectively control the production cost of the oilfield, reduce the operating load of the mechanical production well, extend the inspection pump cycle and increase the economic benefit. We analyzed the unfavorable factors caused by the working conditions of pumping wells under the condition of low and severe degree, and took corresponding measures according to the actual production to ensure the normal production of the wells in a reasonable submergence area.
