炼油化工企业属高温、高压,易燃易爆的高危企业。班组是炼油化工企业里的一个工作单元。企业的安全生产,装置的平稳运行,经济效益的实现,最终都要靠每个班组去完成,班组的工作质量和整体操作水平,直接决定企业的安全生产,直接决定企业发展目标的实现程度。因此,在炼油化工企业培训体系中,搞好班组培训、提高班组整体操作技能,具有十分重要的意义。
Refining and chemical enterprises are high-temperature, high pressure, flammable and explosive high-risk businesses. Team is a unit of work in a refinery chemical company.
