随着我国铁路现代化建设的飞速发展,大量新设备、新技术的采用,运输生产、设备维修和运营方式随之发生了深刻变化,铁路事业的发展需要一支业务素质强、专业技术精、具有创新精神的专业技术人才队伍,这就对铁路专业技术人员继续教育培训质量提出了更高的要求。因此进一步加强专业技术人员继续教育培训质量,努力提高专业技术人员队伍的素质和能力成为了当前一项重要而迫切的工作。
With the rapid development of China’s railway modernization, a great deal of new equipment, new technology adoption, transportation and production, equipment maintenance and operation mode have undergone profound changes. The development of the railway industry needs a business with strong professional skills, Innovative spirit of professional and technical personnel, which on the railway professional and technical personnel to continue the quality of education and training put forward higher requirements.
