人格是人类精神和灵魂的外在体现,拥有优良的人格才能经营好美好的人生。高职院校毕业生是国家经济、科技甚至社会发展的中坚力量,高职学生的人格优劣直接影响着毕业生踏入社会之后的个人能力提升及对社会的贡献力度。由此可见,当前人文教育大背景下提高对高职学生人格教育及研究的重视程度势在必行。本文通过对高职学生人格教育的分析,探讨了什么是健全的人格和对高职学校如何开展人格教育,以促进高职学生综合素质的提升,完善高职学生的人格。
Personality is the external manifestation of human spirit and soul, with good personality in order to run a better life. The graduates of higher vocational colleges are the backbone of national economy, science and technology and even social development. The personality of higher vocational students directly affects graduates’ personal ability improvement and contribution to society after they step into the society. Thus, under the current background of humanistic education, it is imperative to improve the emphasis on personality education and research for higher vocational students. By analyzing the personality education of higher vocational students, this paper discusses what is sound personality and how to carry out personality education in higher vocational schools in order to promote the overall quality of higher vocational students and perfect the personality of higher vocational students.
