试验研究了栽培瓶接种后5 d、13 d、20 d、25 d,并分别进行25℃恒温刺激12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h后对出菇产量的影响。结果表明,25℃刺激12 h或24 h,不同菌龄栽培瓶产量减少不显著;而25℃刺激36 h或48 h,越是菌龄长的栽培瓶,刺激后减产显著。
The effects of 25 ℃ incubation for 12 h, 24 h, 36 h and 48 h on the yield of fruiting bodies of cultivated vials were studied after 5 d, 13 d, 20 d and 25 d of inoculation. The results showed that at 25 ℃ stimulated for 12 h or 24 h, the production of cultivated bottles with different growth stages was not significantly reduced. However, the cultivated flasks with longer shelf-life of 36 h or 48 h at 25 ℃ stimulated the yield reduction significantly.
