随着ADS-B逐步作为民航空管监视系统的主要监视手段,为确保民航空管监视系统安全可靠运行,在对监视数据进行融合时必须对ADS-B数据质量进行分析评估。根据现阶段ADS-B运行实际数据的特点,结合空管对ADS-B数据的运行要求,建立了ADS-B数据质量评估指标体系。针对Dempster合成公式和Yager合成公式存在的不足,引入证据间相似度来改进证据合成公式,提出了基于改进D-S证据理论的ADS-B数据质量进行评估方法。通过实验表明该方法在一定程度上解决了ADS-B数据质量评估中证据间冲突的问题,且具有较强的实用性。
As ADS-B is gradually becoming the main surveillance means of civil aviation ATC system, in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of civil aviation ATC system, ADS-B data quality must be analyzed and evaluated in the integration of monitoring data. According to the characteristics of actual data of ADS-B operation at the present stage and combining with the requirements of ADS-B data for air traffic control, an index system of ADS-B data quality assessment was established. According to the deficiency of Dempster synthesis formula and Yager synthesis formula, the similarity between evidences is introduced to improve the evidence synthesis formula, and the method of ADS-B data quality assessment based on improved D-S evidence theory is proposed. Experiments show that this method solves the problem of conflict between evidences in ADS-B data quality assessment to a certain extent, and has strong practicality.
