本文采用显微光度术测定伯氏疟原虫正常(N)株及抗蒿酯钠(Art)原虫感染小鼠体内,贫血、寄生率和宿主存活时间的动态变化过程;未感染单个红细胞血红蛋白含量和面积并与感染前的进行比较,从而阐明N株原虫和抗Art原虫引起宿主贫血性质的不同。
In this paper, the dynamic changes of anemia, parasitism and host survival in mice infected with Plasmodium berghei normal (N) and Artemisia protozoon were determined by spectrophotometry.
