如今,许多老年人有喜饮咖啡的习惯。老年人崇尚、青睐甚至着魔于咖啡的主要原因,在于它含有咖啡碱(即咖啡因)和上百种芳香成分,可谓“香馨诱人”!咖啡还有若干较为肯定的医疗、保健作用:兴奋神经、提神祛乏、提高脑的活力、增强记忆;促进消化、保肝护胃和利尿强心等多种生理效应,对精神萎靡、劳累乏力、醉酒、尿潴留和小儿多动症等有较好的疗效。
