采用morris水迷宫训练大鼠获取信息后,经最大电休克致其学习记忆障碍和采用不同化学制剂造成小鼠回避操作损害两种模型,观察童智灵口服液对动物学习记忆障碍的改善作用。结果表明ig5.0-10.0g/kg童智灵口服液能明显对抗最大电休克致大鼠空间学习记忆损害,改善其逆行性遗忘。ig6.0-12.0g/kg童智灵口服液,能逆转东莨菪碱造成小鼠记忆获得不良,改善亚硝酸钠引起小鼠记忆巩固障碍及乙醇造成小鼠记忆缺损.可以认为,童智灵口服液对电击和不同化学制剂造成动物学习记忆损伤均具有显著改善作用。
After the rats were trained with morris water maze to acquire information, their learning and memory impairments were caused by maximal electroconvulsions, and the avoidance of damage was induced by using different chemical agents. The effects of Tongzhiling oral liquid on learning and memory impairment in animals were observed. The results showed that ig5.0-10.0g/kg Tongzhiling oral liquid can obviously resist the maximal electrical shock-induced spatial learning and memory impairment in rats and improve its retrograde amnesia. Ig6.0-12.0g/kg Tongzhiling oral solution, can reverse the scopolamine caused by poor memory in mice, improve memory impairment in mice caused by sodium nitrite and ethanol caused by memory impairment in mice. It can be considered that Tongzhiling oral solution has a significant improvement in the learning and memory impairment of animals caused by electric shock and different chemical agents.
