用Carbachol作为激动剂,测定cGMP含量来反映M受体cGMP系统功能状态的方法来研究补肾中药对拟痴呆小鼠脾淋巴细胞中M受体反应性的影响。结果表明:拟痴呆小鼠脾淋巴细胞cGMP基础含量显著低于正常小鼠(P<0.05),由Carbachol引起的cGMP升高反应也降低(P<0.05、P<0.001)。补肾中药可明显提高拟痴呆小鼠脾淋巴细胞cGMP含量及增强由Carbachol引起的cGMP升高反应。
Using Carbachol as an agonist, cGMP content was measured to reflect the functional status of the M receptor cGMP system to study the effect of Bushen Chinese herbs on the M receptor response in spleen lymphocytes of dementia mice. The results showed that the cGMP basal content of spleen lymphocytes in mice with dementia was significantly lower than that in normal mice (P<0.05), and the cGMP elevated response caused by Carbachol was also decreased (P<0.05, P<0.001). . Kidney-invigorating Chinese herbs can significantly increase cGMP content of spleen lymphocytes in mice with dementia and enhance the cGMP elevating response caused by Carbachol.
