根据15马力S1100型柴油机与12马力195型柴油机基础部件基本相同的特点,河北省农机修造服务总站大胆试验,推出S195型柴油机增容改装技术。一、改装更换零件及特点 1.外径保持与S195型机体配合,内径与S1100型活塞配套。缸径由95毫米增大到100毫米,工作容积由0.815升提高到0.903升。 2.相应配备S1100型活塞、三环槽活塞环、活塞销等零件。 3.专用缸盖垫:外形与S195型柴油机缸垫相同,中心孔径为φ103毫米。 4.配备专用阻水圈。 5.装用节能型镶块、柱塞及喷油头。
