目前市场上销售的各种挖掘机,驾驶室内仪表盘上虽也有报警指示灯（红色）,可以对柴油机的油压、油温、缸盖（风冷机）、水温（水冷机）以及液压系统故障进行报警显示,但当挖掘机作业时,驾驶员的主要精力集中在铲斗动作上。无暇观察仪表。机器一旦发生故障,驾驶员却未发觉显示灯已亮,未及时处理,则将导致严重事故。我厂生产的轮胎和履带式挖掘机都增装了报警声光显示装置。该装置电路原理简单、调试容易、成本低。只用一个报警喇叭即可对六个故障口进行监视。
