组织培养制备的狂犬病毒灭活疫苗与重组白细胞介素２同时免疫ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ鼠和Ｓｗｉｓｓ鼠，检测不同时间的鼠血清中抗狂犬病毒ＩｇＧ抗体和中和抗体效价。结果显示，在白细胞介素２的作用下，抗体产生的时间提前，抗体效价提高（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ鼠和Ｓｗｉｓｓ鼠比较，前者的抗体效价更高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明白细胞介素２可以提高小鼠的体液免疫反应。
Tissue culture rabies virus inactivated vaccine and recombinant interleukin-2 were simultaneously immunized with BALB / c mice and Swiss rats, serum anti-rabies virus IgG and neutralizing antibody titers were measured at different times. The results showed that the antibody production time was earlier and the antibody titer was higher (P <0.01) by interleukin-2, and the antibody titer was higher in BALB / c mice and Swiss mice (P <0 .01). Interleukin 2 can improve humoral immune response in mice.
