后进生的转化,历来是一个棘手问题,许多人都望而却步。因为这些孩子,往往是不仅学习不好,而且坏习惯非常多。表现为纪律性差、待人没礼貌、惹是生非、抽烟喝酒,甚至于打架斗殴……然而对这些同学,我们绝不能放任自流。原因在于:首先他们是我们教育的学生,教育好他们我们责无旁贷;其次是要是对他们放任自流,失去的也许是整个班级,因为他们会严重影响其他同学和整个班集体;再次是学生要是毫无问题,那么我们的存在,就失去了意义。所以,我们一定要搞好后进生的转化工作,为我们的教育事业增添光彩。下面,我就结合本人多年的经验谈谈怎样转化后进生。

Discipline performance is poor, people are rude, provoke nonsense, smoking and drinking, or even fights ... However, these students, we must not let go. The reason is that firstly they are our education students and it is our duty to educate them and secondly if we allow them to be laissez-faire and they may lose the entire class because they will seriously affect other students and the whole class group. Problems, then our existence, it lost its meaning. Therefore, we must do a good job in the transformation of future students and add luster to our education. Below, I will combine my many years of experience to talk about how to transform afterlife.
