陶行知曾这样描述学习过程:“我们要有自己的经验做根,以这经验所发生的知识做枝,然后别人的知识才能接得上去,别人的知识方才成为我们知识的一个有机组成部分。”这个生动的比喻阐明了经验基础的重要性。培养小学生积累经验的能力,首先要求教师找出相应的策略方法,在保证小学生学习兴趣的前提下,激发其学习能力,继而进行经验的积累,并将积累的经验应用于数学学习中。本文从重视亲力亲为,重视反思反刍,重视比较交流等方面讨论了小学数学教学中积累学生基本活动经验的策略与方法。
Tao Xingzhi described the learning process in the following way: “We need to have our own experience rooted in the knowledge that this experience has made and then the knowledge of others can be taken up. The knowledge of others has only become an organic part of our knowledge Part. ”This vivid metaphor illustrates the importance of empirical foundation. In order to cultivate pupils ’ability to accumulate experience, we should first ask teachers to find out the corresponding strategies and methods. Under the premise of ensuring pupils’ interest in learning, motivate their learning ability, and then accumulate their experiences, and apply the accumulated experience to mathematics learning. This paper discusses the strategies and methods of accumulating students’ basic experience in mathematics teaching in elementary schools in the aspects of attaching importance to one’s own dear ones, focusing on reflection and rumination, and emphasizing on comparative exchanges.
