利用SSR分子标记技术对红花标记杂交棉新品种鲁05H9及其亲本材料进行多态性检测,从多态性高、重复性好的98对SSR核心引物中筛选出12对在双亲间具有多态性的引物、在F1中表现为杂合带的共显性标记。利用该12对引物构建了鲁05H9及其亲本的SSR指纹图谱。利用核心引物组合扩增的方法,可以鉴定鲁05H9的真实性和纯度,对于品种保护、纯度鉴定及杂交种推广具有极其重要的意义。
SSR molecular markers were used to detect the polymorphism of safflower hybrid cotton cultivars Lu 05H9 and their parents, and 12 pairs of SSR primers were selected from 98 pairs of SSR core primers with high polymorphism and good reproducibility State of the primers, in F1 showed heterozygous co-dominant marker. The 12 pairs of primers were used to construct SSR fingerprints of Lu 05H9 and its parents. Using the method of core primer amplification, the authenticity and purity of Lu 05H9 can be identified, which is of great significance for variety protection, purity identification and promotion of hybrids.
