与普通本科类院校相比,很多高职学校对人才的培养有自己的模式,尤其注重是在课程目标上的设置以及建构、培养学生们的自主能力结构。当今时代高速发展,在我国社会主义核心价值体系这个大背景下,各高职院校开展了具有针对性的培育手段,以至于需要结合本院校学生的特点、期望来建构积极有效的培养方针、教育途径,这也是本文主要讨论的关键之处。
