甘肃省临洮县是黄河古文化的重要发祥地之一,是兰州的南大门,古称狄道,自古为陇右重镇、古丝绸之路要道。当今临洮经济的绿色发展有两个层面的内容,一是与自然的和谐,二是经济结构的和谐。从第一个层面来说,临洮县现在全力发展的文化产业、农业现代化都是绿色的。从第二个层面来说,“生态立县、产业富县、工业强县、文化兴县、商旅活县”的“五县”战略,本身就是和谐经济结构的战略性部署。
Lintao County, Gansu Province, is one of the important birthplaces of the ancient culture of the Yellow River. It is the southern gate of Lanzhou and the ancient name is Di Road. Since ancient times, it has been the center of Longyou and the ancient Silk Road. There are two levels of green development in today’s economy: first, harmony with nature; second, harmony in economic structure. From the first level, Linli County now fully develop the cultural industries, agricultural modernization are green. From the second level, the “five counties” strategy of “eco-li county, rich county of industry, strong industrial county, cultural Xingxian county and commercial county” is itself a strategic deployment of a harmonious economic structure.
