随着自动化程度的提高,许多工厂企业采用了工业控制机实现过程控制与管理,系统规模也愈来愈大。为确保生产装置的安全运行,提高工控机系统的可靠性是十分重要的事情,又是一个十分复杂和艰巨的任务。因为影响可靠性的因素较多,涉及面广,而且每一个系统所采取的措施又各有千秋,因此这里所叙述的方法只能是一些共性部分。
