工序模拟系统对于产生正确的以及优化的数控程序是个很有效的辅助工具。通过工序模拟系统,数控程序能够及时又方便地得到检查和修改。本文介绍了由CAD/CAM的连接程序所产生的NC程序信息是如何通过加工工序模拟系统在显示屏上作模拟加工的。文中以车床轴类加工零件为例,描述毛坯显示、刀具选择、夹具选择、工件切削轮廓的变化等过程并对于刀具与夹具的碰撞、切削力的计算及数控程序的修改等问题也作了叙述讨论。
Process simulation system to produce the correct and optimized numerical control program is a very effective tool. Through the process simulation system, CNC program can be timely and easy to be checked and modified. This article describes how the NC program information generated by the CAD / CAM connection program is simulated on the display using the process simulation system. In this paper, the machining process of lathe shaft is taken as an example to describe the process of blank display, tool selection, fixture selection and workpiece contouring. The problems of tool and fixture collisions, cutting force calculation and NC program modification are also described discuss.
