本文对我国企业在国际贸易中经常遭遇的外国公司法律战略类型进行了深入分析,并结合我国外贸企业的实际情况提出了相应的应对策略:一是积极应对尽量降低损失;二是建立专门的外国公司法律战略监控体系;三是推动国内相关法规的健全和完善;四是制定和实施本企业的法律战略。
This article has carried on the thorough analysis to the foreign company legal strategy type that the Chinese enterprise often encounters in the international trade, and has put forward the corresponding countermeasure according to our country foreign trade enterprise actual situation: One is to actively deal with minimizes the loss; Two is establishes the specialized foreign Corporate legal and strategic monitoring system; third is to promote sound and improve the relevant laws and regulations; Fourth, the formulation and implementation of the legal strategy of the enterprise.
