近年来,国内外许多优秀教练员,十分重视发展运动员的腰、腹、背等躯干部位的力量素质。这对提高投掷、跳跃、短跑和跨栏等项目的运动成绩有着重要作用。在基础教学和训练中,我们发现普遍存在重视运动员四肢力量练习,忽略力量传递中枢部位躯干的力量练习,这不但不利于身体重心的稳定和四肢协调用力的效果,而且还极易造成伤害事故。为了能有效提高青少年躯干部位的力量素质,笔者结合自己多年教学体会,设计出几种练习方法,并能编成组循环进行,取得了较为满意的教学效果。

In order to effectively improve the strength and quality of young people's torso, the author combined his years of teaching experience, designed several practice methods, and can be organized into a group cycle, and achieved a more satisfactory teaching results.
