根据1996年上海天文台(SO)和国际计量局(BIPM)时间部、美国海军天文台(USNO)、日本通讯研究所(CRL)的时间公报公布的协调世界时(UTC 和UTC(K))和综合 GPS 时间数据,提出通过比较分析的方法进行国际间 GPS 时间同步系统差的估计。
According to the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC and UTC (K)) and Synthesis (UTC) published by the Time Observatory of the Shanghai Observatory (SO) and the International Bureau of Metrology (BIPM) in 1996, the US Navy Observatory (USNO) and the Japan Communications Research Institute (CRL) GPS time data, proposed by comparative analysis of the international GPS time synchronization system to estimate the difference.
