武汉安全环保研究院创建于1959年,是原冶金工业部重点研究院,曾先后接受国家环保局和劳动部的双重领导。1999年7月转制为科技企业,进入中国钢铁工贸集团公司。全院现有基层单位9个,职工550人,70%为科技人员。全院教授级高级工程师40人,高级工程师150人,享受政府特殊津贴的专家36名。已取得科研成果450项,其中224项分别获得国家发明奖、科技进步奖和部省科技进步奖,获得专利授权45项。
Founded in 1959, Wuhan Research Institute of Safety and Environmental Protection is a key research institute of the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. It has successively received the dual leadership of the State Environmental Protection Administration and the Ministry of Labor. July 1999 transformed into technology companies, China Iron and Steel Industry Group Corporation. The hospital's existing grass-roots units 9, 550 employees, 70% for scientific and technical personnel. There are 40 professor-level senior engineers, 150 senior engineers and 36 experts enjoying the government special allowance. 450 scientific research achievements have been obtained, of which 224 won the State Invention Award, the Scientific and Technological Progress Award and the Ministry of Science and Technology Progress Award respectively, and obtained 45 patents.
