食管癌和贲门癌切除术后,食管—胃胸腔内吻合口瘘是最严重的并发症之一,死亡率近50％。正确预防和处理食管—胃胸腔内吻合口瘘,降低手术后死亡率对提高食管癌、贲门癌外科治疗水平具有重要临床意义。笔者报道本院自1995年元月至2003年3月,应用Foley尿管成功处理3例食管—胃胸腔内吻合口瘘治疗方法。
Esophageal and gastric anastomotic fistula is one of the most serious complication after esophageal and cardia resection, and the mortality rate is nearly 50%. Correct prevention and treatment of esophageal-stomach anastomotic fistula and reduce the postoperative mortality rate of esophageal cancer, cardia surgery to improve the level of surgical treatment of great clinical significance. The author reported that our hospital from January 1995 to March 2003, the application of Foley catheter successfully treated 3 cases of esophageal-stomach anastomotic fistula treatment.
