School-based training is conducted in the form of an expert academic report, and professional guidance is implemented. This is an important way to improve professional development platforms for teachers. It can improve the effectiveness of demonstrations of key teachers’ behavior and provide methodological and theoretical evidence for school-based training. This will serve as an effective directional function for regulating the development of school-based research. This is also the solution to the school-based approach.
