社会治安综合治理是贯彻邓小平同志“两手抓，两手都要硬”方针的一个重要措施，中共中央、国务院对此项工作的领导体制、工作方针、原则，都作过明确的规定。本文据此论述了在加强这项工作时应重点处理好的八个关系，有一定参考意义
The comprehensive management of social order is an important measure to implement Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s guideline of “using both hands and both hands being hard.” The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have clearly defined the leadership system, working guidelines and principles of this work. This article discusses the eight key relationships that should be dealt with intensively in this work, which is of some reference.
