作者应用ATP酶染色法结合OKT6免疫荧光染色对各型麻风患者皮肤中的郎格罕细胞(LCs)作了定量观察。结果,LL(18例)非皮损处为304±98 LCs/mm~2;皮损处为398±186 LCs/mm~2。TT(21例)非皮损处为448±96 LCs/mm~2;皮损处则为993±206 LCs/mm~2。24例正常人皮肤为652±138 LCs/mm~2。10例未定类麻风患者皮损处为630±261 LCs/mm~2。分析上述结果特点有二,1.患者无皮损处LCs数量与正常人比较LL和TT患者均有不同程度减少。2.比较患
The authors used ATPase staining combined with OKT6 immunofluorescence staining to quantitatively observe Langerhans cells (LCs) in the skin of leprosy patients. As a result, LL (18 cases) had non-lesional lesions at 304±98 LCs/mm~2; lesions at 398±186 LCs/mm~2. Non-lesional lesions of TT (21 cases) were 448±96 LCs/mm~2; lesions were 993±206 LCs/mm~2. 24 normal skin were 652±138 LCs/mm~2. 10 cases The lesions in patients with undetermined leprosy were 630±261 LCs/mm~2. Analysis of the above results has two characteristics: 1. The number of LCs in patients without lesions is reduced to varying degrees compared with normal individuals. 2. Comparing suffering
