患者25岁,以月经不调,不孕来院就诊。妇检:子宫体比正常稍大,左侧卵巢增大。B超提示:宫体大小约6.4×6.2×4.2cm,三径和稍显增大。左侧卵巢2.4×2.4cm,内部回声不均,见少量光点。子宫内膜病检报告为:子宫内膜腺质增生过长。临床以多囊卵巢综合征收入院,行双侧卵巢楔形切除。病理所见:双侧部分卵巢,右侧未见明显病变;左卵巢皮质区见有一1.5×1×1cm肿物,与周围组织
