患者男,48岁。右下肺包块1年伴咯血3d。10年前因劳累后咳嗽,经对症治疗后好转。1年前因感冒发烧,经县医院胸部透视诊断为肺炎,抗炎治疗后仍咳嗽、咯血,后又经抗痨治疗约半年。3d 前再次咯血,被门诊收住院。胸部X 线所见:右下肺心缘处有一约3cm×3cm圆形块影,右侧位片见块影位于后基底段,且与脊柱重叠。制胸所见:胸腔内无液体,斜裂
Male patient, 48 years old. Right lower lung mass 1 year with hemoptysis for 3 days. Cough after fatigue 10 years ago and improved after symptomatic treatment. 1 year ago due to a cold with fever, diagnosed as pneumonia by the perspective of the chest in the county hospital, still coughing, hemoptysis after anti-inflammatory treatment, and then treated by anti-tuberculosis for about six months. He had hemoptysis before 3d and was admitted to the clinic. Chest x-ray findings: There is a 3cm×3cm round block shadow at the heart of the right lower lung, and the right side slice shows a block shadow in the posterior basal segment and overlaps with the spine. Chest seen: no fluid in the chest, oblique fracture
