目的研究适于胎龄低出生体重儿(LBWI)的脑容积是否落后于正常足月儿。方法采用颅脑超声对LB-WI的大脑半球横径,小脑冠状位横径,矢状位横径及纵径进行测量,并与足月儿进行比较。结果出生时LBWI组的大脑半径和小脑冠状位横径、矢状位横径、矢状位纵径与足月儿组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 LBWI的大脑和小脑发育均落后于足月儿,故应加强围产期保健,预防早产,同时对LBWI提倡早期干预治疗,促进脑发育。
Objective To investigate whether brain volume suitable for LBWI lags behind normal term infants. Methods The cerebral hemispheric transverse diameter, cerebellar coronal transverse diameter, sagittal transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter of LB-WI were measured by using cranial ultrasound and compared with full-term children. Results Compared with full-term infants, the differences of cerebrum radius, cerebellar coronal diameter, sagittal diameter and sagittal diameter at birth in LBWI group were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion LBWI lags behind cerebral and cerebellum development in full-term infants. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen perinatal care and prevent premature delivery. At the same time, LBWI should promote early intervention and promote brain development.
