目的研究人类染色体多态性的遗传效应,分析染色体多态性与生殖异常的关系。方法对997例患者进行常规技术方法制备外周血淋巴细胞染色体,G、C显带进行核型分析。结果 31例染色体多态性中大Y 12例,小Y 2例,占45.16%;D、G组短臂增长8例,占25.80%;9号臂间倒位2例,占6.45%;其余占22.59%。结论染色体多态性与生殖异常有一定的关系,临床医生应引起高度重视,其遗传效应及机制尚需进一步探讨。
Objective To study the genetic effect of human chromosome polymorphism and to analyze the relationship between chromosomal polymorphism and reproductive abnormalities. Methods A total of 997 patients with conventional techniques were used to prepare peripheral blood lymphocytes chromosomes, G, C banding karyotype analysis. Results 31 cases of chromosome polymorphism in large Y 12 cases, 2 cases of small Y, accounting for 45.16%; D, G group of short arm growth in 8 cases, accounting for 25.80%; 9 arm inversion in 2 cases, accounting for 6.45%; the rest Accounting for 22.59%. Conclusion Chromosomal polymorphism has a certain relationship with reproductive abnormalities. Clinicians should attach great importance to the genetic effects and mechanisms need to be further explored.
