本文主要讨论利用生产函数评价医疗卫生机构效率的方法，旨在为下篇文章作出方法上的解释。文中首先分析了与建立生产函数有关的一些问题，其中有生产函数模型、生产要素的定义与测量以及产出的定义与测量，并从三个方面，即规模收益、生产要素之间的可替代性和效率，回顾了以往的研究者研究生产函数所得的结果及其意义。
This article mainly discusses the use of production function to evaluate the efficiency of medical and health institutions, and aims to explain the method for the next article. The paper first analyzes some problems related to the establishment of production functions, including the production function model, the definition and measurement of production factors, and the definition and measurement of output, and from three aspects, that is, the exchange between scale income and production factors. Sex and efficiency, reviewing the results and significance of past researcher’s research on production function.
