高速离心机与超高速离心机的驱动部分,都是高速电机,对于高速电机,用维修普通电机的一般方法维修,未必能修好,修好后,未必能长时间使用。根据国内外实践经验,介绍一下转速为20000RPM高速电机与一般低速电机不同的维修方法。1 判断是否需要拆卸电枢观察电机运转时碳刷与换向器之间是否产生火花,出现火花的程度,(1)是无任何火花,说明碳刷与换向器都正常,无需修理;(2)只是有2~4个极小火花,这时仔细观察换向器表面若是平整的,大多数情况可不必修理;(3)除了有4个以下的极小火花,另有1~3个大火花,则不必拆卸电枢,只需用砂纸磨碳刷换向器;(4)如果出现4个以上的大火花,则需要用砂纸磨换向器,甚至要认真地将换向器进行车加工,这时必须把碳刷与电枢拆卸下来,当然一旦换向器被加工后,就一定要换碳刷磨碳刷。

For the car processing, the carbon brush and the armature must be removed at this time. Of course, once the commutator has been processed, it must be replaced with a brushed carbon brush.
