新《纲要》中指出:教师应成为幼儿学习活动的支持者、合作者、引导者,这与传统的灌输者、指挥者、领导者的教师定位有了很大的改变。这就要求我们由传统的经验型教师逐渐转变为研究型教师。教师要转变传统的教学行为,将自己放在与幼儿平等的地位,和幼儿共同学习,共同探索,成为幼儿学习活动真正的支持者,在这样的氛围中,不但幼儿会获得真正的发展,而且教师也能积累许多有益的经验。
